Role Summary
Lead regional efforts to identify, engage, and recruit schools to adopt the Vestanex School Management System. Build trusted relationships with school leaders and ensure smooth handover to onboarding teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and prioritise schools and education stakeholders within assigned counties and regions.
- Plan and conduct school visits, presentations, and live demonstrations for principals and ICT coordinators.
- Recruit new schools and secure commitments to trial or adopt Vestanex.
- Coordinate demo days, local awareness events, and stakeholder meetings.
- Collect and record feedback, challenges, and local needs to inform product improvements.
- Work closely with System Onboarders to schedule timely deployments and ensure smooth transitions.
- Achieve monthly school recruitment targets and report activity transparently.
- Maintain accurate engagement logs and submit weekly reports to management.
- Represent Vestanex professionally at county education meetings and local conferences.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities with teachers’ unions, NGOs, and county education offices.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Education, Community Development, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in school outreach, field sales, or community mobilisation.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently under minimal supervision.
- Comfortable engaging with school leadership, teachers, and county officials.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp proficiency for daily reporting and communication.
